Cognarium | kog-nair-ee-uhm | noun: A fabricated mental space, where thoughts live freely and are cultivated, explored, and analyzed. A thinking space; one’s idea garden.

My body of work over the past 14 years has been an exploration of memory, emotion and imagination superimposed upon the tangible world. I seek to bridge a gap between my inner Cognarium and the outer experience; to bend reality into daydream. Human perception and emotion plays into how we each
experience the world around us, and my affinity for daydreaming has lead me to create alternate worlds to share with others. My work ranges from both digital and darkroom photographic work, to fiber art,
displays + installations, and printed & digital design.
